I changed OS (been here before and had the same result) and went back again. My Chaotica has now been reverted back to the standard resolution
and as I work on fractals at 800X800px I didn't realize I was no longer activated until I went to render at 7000X7000px. 
I have sent an email to billing at glaretechnologies.com but am unsure whether that's the right place. If so, please read the email with attached data with it. Order #10003
Please help as this work is for a client.
