What is the default bit depth of a chaotica render? Is there any way to control the bit depth? |

I am acctually looking for the color bit depth. I guess its bit depth is 24 which would make it 8 bit color depth? Is there any way to change this? Am I even right? I would love to see 16 or 32 bit support if it is possible |

i believe its 8 bits, yes Not sure how 16 or 32 would impact the rendering etc though, it could be possibly not worth it. |

Currently the output depth is only 8 bit per channel PNG, however 16 bit PNG output shouldn't be too difficult, and HDR output would of course be great. |
