to save memory and render extreme resultions it would good to have tile render option. to set camera manually is little boring

Unfortunately this isn't a good strategy for IFS rendering, where rendering an image at 16x the resolution is about 16x faster than rendering the same image in 16 (eg 4x4) smaller pieces, because it isn't possible to skip computation of the fractal parts outside of the image.

The 64bit version is capable of hitting extremely high resolutions on normal desktop computers - what resolution are you targetting?

doing some tests for new project... i am about to render 10k to 10k with is on the limit on current12GB system. i may even render 10k to 10k animations.

but i got your point,
anyway i will upgrade to a new system anyway with a fine 64GB memory....

32gb of memory is enough for very high resolution (and very easy with normal desktop PC), and at that resolution you can/should use AA level 1 instead of the default 2, which cuts memory usage by 1/4.
